- For what purposes and on what legal basis is your personal data processed?
Due to your stay at 2Rooms, some of your personal data such as identity, passport, contact details and room number requested and created during registration / check-in are only processed to:
- fulfill hospitality and accommodation services, such as reservation, check-in/out, room service etc.
- inform you about our accommodation services and 2Rooms facility
- meet your internet connection requirement
- collect accommodation payment
- provide you with a better service
- meet our legal and fiscal obligations
- maintain the security of our facility
- notify the authorized institutions.
- Method and Legal Reason of Collecting your personal data
For the only purpose of hospitality management, some of the services offered at our facility may require the processing of your personal data.
We collect and process your personal data directly from you contact with face-to-face or electronically, in accordance with Articles (4, 5) and (6) of the PDPL and obtain your personal data in order to be able to present accommodation services we offer within the legal framework and our legitimate interest.

Your personal data is shared with; ● the general law enforcement units in electronic environment in accordance with the Identity Notification Law No. 1174; ● the banks related and payment institutions in order to electronically collect the accommodation fee electronically; ● our suppliers in order to carry out our commercial and technical business processes such as accommodation, accounting, legal and informatics.

In the event of such an objection, we kindly ask you to explain why we should not process your personal data.
